Prior to joining GNC, Ms. Tolivar was Americas Advisory Director of Finance at Ernst & Young, LLP. There, she was responsible for the leadership of finance, accounting, and operations of a $3 billion client service organization in North and South America, development of corporate and deal governance and international expansion strategies. In addition, she led change management initiatives with CEOs and executives. Also at Ersnt & Young, she served as Southeast Area Director of Finance, Assurance, and Advisory, where she was responsible for finance, accounting, and operations of a $500 million client service organization.

Additionally, Ms. Tolivar has held various Vice President positions at AutoZone, Inc., including General Manager of Commercial, Corporate Controller, and Vice President of Strategic Planning and Analysis.

Ms. Tolivar is a graduate of Emory University and is a CPA.
