Kelly Litster is Senior Vice President of MGM Resorts International’s Finance Shared Services Center (FSSC). The FSSC is a full-service accounting and auditing operation responsible for Payroll, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Gaming and Non-Gaming Audit, and Financial Accounting functions. Kelly was responsible for the original business case for shared services and developed the program plans for consolidation of the audit and accounting teams into the FSSC yielding approximately a $20M annual savings. Kelly has been with MGM Resorts for over 17 years in a variety of accounting, audit and process improvement roles. Prior to her role in FSSC, Kelly served in other corporate and property level accounting roles such as Hotel Controller at MGM Grand, and Assistant Financial Controller at TI. Prior to her career with MGM, she worked in public accounting performing audits and consulting engagements primarily for clients in the casino and lodging industry. Kelly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and is a Certified Public Accountant in Nevada. Additionally, Kelly is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified Fraud Examiner.
