Chris leads the FP&A, field finance and operations finance areas of US Foods. He is responsible for corporate finance, strategic and financial planning, analytics, financial performance management and strategic capital management. Prior to US Foods, Chris worked in leadership roles across several functions at Dean Foods, including finance, strategy, operations, business development and M&A. While at Dean, Chris oversaw the development and execution of several strategic initiatives to drive transformation at the corporate and field levels. Chris spent the first half of his career in consulting, leading several strategy and operations projects at Fortune 500 clients with Bain & Company, and turnaround programs with AlixPartners. Chris has successfully partnered with organizations across industries including CPG, retail, industrial, energy, telecom and media, airline and distribution ranging in size from $100M to $100B in revenue. Chris holds a master’s degree from The Kellogg School of Business and Bachelor degrees in English and Finance from the University of Texas at Austin
