The Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer roles have changed dramatically as is ever more of a front line role right alongside the CEO. Today’s CFO must be a company’s leader in regards to the global economy, a data analytic expert, and to recruit and retain finance staff.

The first day of the 2019 CFO Exchange will focus on the effects of globalization. Additional topics will include results from the evolving tariffs, trade and regulation activity as well as Risk Management from a CFO’s perspective. Moving on to day two to be filled with lively and interactive technology discussions revolving around blockchain, business intelligence, advanced data analytics and the impact to the CFO and the Finance staff. Finally, we’ll wrap up on the third day to discuss recruitment and retention efforts, specifically to evolving and role expansion as it pertains to the finance staff.
